Parasites or Psyop?

Over the last few years I have been watching as companies rake in BILLIONS of dollars by flooding our newsfeeds with bits of information - convincing people that they are being eaten alive by parasites and that the root of all of their problems is due to these organisms and that all you have to do is buy this product and your problems will be solved.


The deeper I dive into this psyop, the more blown my mind is.


The unfortunate truth is that most people in the United States have no idea what they are eating. Much of the food consumed here is fake, low quality, “food-like” products. Restaurants serve food loaded in sugar and seed oils, and the food in the grocery stores is not much better.

The majority of the fruits, vegetables, and animal products are low quality,

and even dangerous.


This is the BIGGEST contributor to unhealthy microbiomes and a detox

won’t save you from that.


This truth is heavy and intimidating - but with awareness and effort there is so much you can do to change that for you and your family.


It is important to speak about what we are consuming - because what we eat is how we feed our microbiome, and your microbiome is your best defense against deadly parasites and organisms.


There is no point in flushing the parasites if you’re not going to change the

environment which allowed them to thrive.


One of my concerns is the malnourishment and depletion that comes as a

consequence of this detox culture that we live in.


I have met so many people who seem to always be on some sort of detox or fast and they look tired, their eyes are dark, and their immunity is poor.


You see, there is no detox that only targets the “bad” - they flush our system -

The “good” and the “bad.”


Think of chemo. It helps to kill cancer cells because it’s killing everything in its path.


Something I urge you to keep in mind, always, is that the human body is AMAZING!

Our bodies are one of the most amazing, self-regulating organisms there is!


Our bodies know how to heal and they WANT to heal!

It is our responsibility to give our bodies the nutrients that they MUST HAVE to

achieve Sustained Vitality.


While it most likely will be difficult to change your habits, small and consistent steps over time will lead you right to your goal!


Here are some suggestions for you to begin implementing to support your microbiome and overall health:


  1. Reduce the amount of processed sugar & seed oils you and your family consume every day. Begin reading the labels on your food, and if it has ADDED sugar or is made with seed oils such as canola, sunflower, etc. - either choose an alternative that doesn’t or aim to get the least amount possible.

  2. Eat fruits and vegetables every day. Try your best to get organic, but if you can’t buy everything organic, research the dirty dozen list and try and get those foods organic.

    Do not eat fruits and vegetables at the same time. Have your fruit early in the morning - you will use the energy from those natural sugars throughout the day.

    Eat your vegetables for lunch and dinner - preferably slightly cooked as that makes it easier for your body to digest them.

    Fruits and vegetables are excellent for establishing and maintaining a healthy microbiome.

  3. Find a good probiotic. I suggest to most people that they go to their local vita shoppe and choose a brand from their refrigerated section. Many of the probiotic products that are not refrigerated are coated with a substance that is said to lengthen the shelf life of the probiotics - & the less additives we can consume, the better.

  4. Eat fermented foods regularly. You can eat sauerkraut, kimchi chi, and the likes to nourish and strengthen your microbiome.

  5. Pumpkin seeds - pumpkin seeds are excellent for ridding the body of unwanted parasites! I cook them in with my vegetables daily and with my beef when it is time for me to eat beef.


$145 million to $1.2 billion dollars were made in 2024 from parasite protocols and detox programs/products.


I am always skeptical of things that catch fire like this and make big money for….who? Follow the money.


I am also skeptical of mainstream narratives that induce fear and offer a solution at a price.


As time goes on it becomes increasingly difficult to discern what is real and what is not real.


It is our responsibility to think critically, ask questions,

and research before making decisions.
