Community Nourishment is passionate about providing free to low-cost services and education to the Community!

One of the ways in which we do that is by offering FREE online zoom classes each month! (Excluding February & August most years).


After years of practice, Cameron Jewell realized that many people do not have an understanding of how their bodies work and she knows from personal experience that knowing how your body works is an important step towards learning

how to care for yourself!

Cameron had an idea to start a "System Series" which is a health class series.


Recorded Classes


We record each class and upload them to YouTube! Here you can click on any class that you would like to watch and it will lead you to the videos! Joining the classes live gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have in real time and connect with people from all over the world!
