This Stabilize blend takes my Wounded Healer blend to the next level.
Stabilize was crafted for those days when the weight of the world seems like it may crush you at any moment.
When you're doing your best to keep it together, but you feel that you may fall apart in any moment.
Dosage: You can work with this remedy in different ways.
You can take 1-3 FULL droppers in an oz of water as needed daily - this could look like every 2-4 hours or maybe once or twice a day.
Sometimes I will take 2 full droppers every hour for 3-4 hours, other days I will take 3 full droppers once a day. (Always in an oz or so of water)
Take the time to get to know this remedy, learn how your body responds to it, and dose according to your needs.
You're not bad for needing something to lean on when times are really tough. We are human & we need support.

This remedy contains:
Linden Leaf & Flower
Lady's Mantle
Holy Basil
Motherwort
& Albizia Bark.
The Linden and the Albizia are the additions to this remedy.
Albizia comes from the Mimosa tree, also known as the Tree of Happiness. I work with this bark to invigorate the blood - get it moving through the heart and to the rest of your body.
This helps to reduce stagnation and move stuck emotions/energy in your body.
Albizia is also helpful for removing stagnant heat from the liver.
Stagnant heat in the liver can contribute to irritiablity, anxiety, and even more severe conditions such as paranoia & anger.
The Linden Leaf & Flower also help to reduce heat in the body, and with that offer you a bit of peace and contentment.
Linden is so soothing to a burnt out nervous system and can help your blood vessels to relax and reduce tension in your body.
