Motherwort, Passion Flower, Black Cohosh
 
I made this blend with the intention of soothing anxiety that is associated with muscular-skeletal tension, mostly in the shoulders/neck area, however the herbs in this formula are complex and unique and offer us a wide range of support - per usual. 
 
The idea is relax the tension, increase blood flow, reduce stagnation, and promote nourishment to the tissue & nerves.
