Dosage: Dosing correctly is important to ensure that this remedy works with you.
Here is how I recommend dosing:
You want to plan date night. I recommend that several hours before date night, you take 1 FULL dropper every 2-3 hours. When you are a couple of hours away from your date, you may increase the dose to 1-2 full droppers, every 30 minutes to an hour. Always in an oz or 2 of water, followed by more water.
You are responsible for tuning into and feeling your body as you may not need as much as someone else may, or you may need more than someone else.
