A Serious Remedy with a Catchy Name

Restoring Flow Through the Liver, Gallbladder, and Intestines

The name may catch your attention, but this formula is held with deep respect.

This is not a casual digestive aid or something meant to be taken indefinitely. It is a purposeful, short-term remedy designed to help restore flow where stagnation has taken hold - particularly in the liver, gallbladder, and intestinal tract.

At its core, this formula works to reawaken the body’s innate cleansing intelligence by supporting bile release, bowel movement, and tissue integrity - all essential components of true detoxification.

Why Liver, Gallbladder, and Intestinal Flow Matters:

The liver and gallbladder function as the body’s primary metabolic gatekeepers. The liver processes hormones, toxins, and metabolic waste, while the gallbladder stores and releases bile - a substance essential for:

  • Fat digestion

  • Hormone clearance

  • Waste elimination through the bowels

  • Preventing reabsorption of toxins

When bile becomes thick, sluggish, or insufficient, the intestines often slow down as well. This can lead to:

  • Constipation or incomplete elimination

  • Bloating and digestive discomfort

  • Hormonal congestion

  • Skin issues

  • A general sense of heaviness or stagnation

This formula is designed to address that bottleneck, not by forcing the body, but by stimulating, moving, and soothing simultaneously.

How This Formula Works

This remedy supports elimination through three coordinated actions:

1. Stimulating Bile Flow

Bitter and cholagogue herbs encourage the liver to produce bile and the gallbladder to release it. This improves digestion and prevents waste from lingering in the intestines.

2. Encouraging Peristalsis

Several herbs in the formula gently stimulate the muscular contractions of the intestines (peristalsis), helping move built-up waste, old residue, and blockages out of the body.

3. Protecting and Soothing the Digestive Lining

While stimulation is occurring, demulcent and aromatic herbs help soothe and protect the intestinal tissues, preventing irritation and supporting long-term gut integrity.

The result is a strong yet respectful elimination - effective without being harsh when used appropriately.

Key Herbs and Their Roles

Each plant in this formula was chosen with intention, working synergistically rather than aggressively.

  • Cascara Sagrada – A classic stimulant laxative that promotes bowel movement by increasing intestinal tone. Traditionally used short-term to retrain sluggish bowels.

  • Turkey Rhubarb – Moves stagnation and supports bile flow while helping prevent excessive griping often associated with stimulant herbs.

  • Barberry Root – Supports liver and gallbladder function, encourages bile secretion, and offers antimicrobial support within the gut.

  • Goldenseal – A powerful bitter that stimulates digestion, supports liver detox pathways, and helps address microbial imbalance when stagnation is present.

  • Yellow Dock – Assists both liver and bowel elimination while supporting iron metabolism and blood cleansing.

  • Ginger Root – Warms the digestive tract, improves circulation, reduces cramping, and enhances overall digestive responsiveness.

  • Fennel Seed – Relieves gas and bloating, supports peristalsis, and helps prevent discomfort during elimination.

  • Slippery Elm – A vital balancing herb that coats and soothes the intestinal lining, protecting tissues during cleansing and supporting repair.

Together, these herbs create a formula that moves, drains, and restores, not just empties.

This is not a long-term daily remedy.

I typically recommend working with this formula for two to four weeks, depending on the individual’s constitution and needs. Its role is to initiate change, clear stagnation, and reestablish momentum.

Once that work has been done, I transition people to Triphala - a gentler, tonifying formula that helps maintain regular elimination, nourish the tissues, and support ongoing digestive balance without dependency.

Cleanse → Restore → Maintain.

      Life saver

For the past 30 years going to the bathroom was a game of chance… will I go today, tomorrow or Even this week. Then one day I was in so much pain and I reached out to my beautiful soul sister and begged for help. She immediately smiled and said here this will help as she handed me the GOLDEN POO. Just like in the past I was skeptical that anything would help me. The next morning I had the first bowel movement that actually felt like I was cleaned out & I felt 100% better. LIFESAVER.. GAMECHANGER

      Regularity Restored

I’ve been using this product for a couple months now. Just ordered my 3rd round. I take 3 capsules with a few large gulps of water just before bed. I’ve always had trouble in this department and I’m happy to say that regularity has been restored. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
