This is the third class of our new series - The System Series, where we will go through the different, vital systems of the human body and learn how they work to keep us alive & healthy and what we can do to take care of them! 

In this class we will be discussing the Cardiovascular System, what it is, what it does, & how we can support it! 

Community Nourishment believes that everyone should have access to information & education on how their body works and what it needs to function optimally! Health Care is a human right - not a privilege. 

We end the class with an open Q&A where you can ask Cameron anything!
