As we gather to celebrate the possibilities of the coming year, we invite you to join us for a transformative day retreat. Hosted by a collective of women who are passionate about your growth and creativity, we're here to help you release the past, lighten your spirit, and cultivate a vision that inspires you in 2024.
**Opening Circle with Qigong**
We will begin our day under the rising sun with the gentle yet powerful practice of qigong led by Mallory. Cultivating the energy of both earth and sun, this practice will introduce you to the art of "working in." During this opening circle, we will make connections with like minded souls wishing to share in a vision of renewal. We will get to know each other and ground into our intentions for the day.
