Work-A-Holic

Work - A - Holic!

This blend was crafted for those Type A personalities and people who tend to overwork themselves, put a lot of pressure on themselves and others, and have a hard time being in the moment and enjoying the task at hand.

This formula works to strengthen your adrenals, soothe your nervous system, and to bring you out of a mind swirling with thoughts and to-dos and dropping you down into your body. The intention of this is to help others do the work they need to do without so much stress and anxiety.

Holy Basil is the leading herb in this formula. Holy Basil gives us a gentle boost of energy by helping to reduce inflammation, supporting the adrenals, and to calm our nervous system. Holy Basil has a pleasant, floral taste and smell and is almost like stopping to smell the flowers even if there isn't any flowers around you!

Skullcap helps to restore & strengthen the nervous system, which can be damaged when under stress for extended amounts of time.

Blue Vervain is the key player here when it comes to bringing you out of your racing mind and down into your body to assist you in being present.

Each of these herbs offer us so much medicine individually and I always encourage everyone to read for themselves! You can click the resources tab on the website here to find some of our favorite herbal books and resources!

Dosing:

When using this blend during the day, I recommend using 5-10 drops in an oz of water every 30 mins until you achieve your desired result. At night or when you're ready to wind down and relax you can use 1-2 dropperFULLS in an oz of water.

If you would like to start working with this blend or would like to get it for someone you know, you can call or text us at (904)-295-7384 , send an email to communitynourishment@gmail.com, or pick it up at one of our markets!
