Remember to Focus

This is a blend that I use myself quite often! Here are some of the benefits experienced when using this blend:

  • Increased focus & extended attention span

  • Retaining more information than before

  • Nails & Hair look and feel healthier

  • Reduces feeling of depression and despair

  • Promotes clear thinking

This formula targets both the nervous system AND the kidneys!

In TCM, they teach you that the kidneys directly affect our memory, so when our kidneys are struggling, our memory can lapse. The shatavari is the key herb in this formula to support the kidneys.

The kapikachu, also known as macuna, works as a precursor to L-Dopamine, which is why I use it to help relieve depression and lift our mood! When we feel good we are more likely to remember what we are learning in that moment!

The Gotu Kola and the Bacopa target the nervous system, bringing blood and nutrients to the brain which helps to remove toxins from the area.

All of these herbs offer much more benefits as well!

Combining these herbs helps to ensure that your mind & body are getting the assistance they need to handle and reduce the amount of stress that we are exposed to on a daily basis.

This formula will only work if you REMEMBER to take it! Consistency is key when it comes to plant medicine!

This blog is intended to provide information on this herb/remedy/formula that I use regularly in my practice. This blog is for educational purposes only, mainly for people who work with me or my remedies and are looking for the information on the remedies, how and why I use them, and what is in them. There is much more existing information on each herb and remedy and as always I encourage everyone to ask lots of questions and to dive into research for themselves as well as consulting with a professional.
