Iron Stomach

Updated: Jun 27

Iron Stomach is a tea blend that was designed to help us build & maintain a strong, healthy digestive system! This formula works to relieve inflammation in the gut, increase nutrient absorption, and repair damage in the gut caused by food, pharmaceuticals, or toxins.

Taking care of your stomach, large and small intestines, and every organ involved in digestion (including the liver) is very important for overall health!

As some of my teachers say, "You are not what you eat, you are what you digest!"

Even if you are eating a wholesome diet, if your digestive tissue is weak or compromised, you may be missing out on essential nutrients.

The herbs in this formula include:

Lemon balm

Licorice root

Nettle Leaf

Meadowsweet &

Marshmallow leaf

They say that we have a second and third brain, our heart and our digestive system. This formula was crafted with that in mind and also helps to ease anxiety, strengthen our nerves, and reduce discomfort.

Iron stomach is a bit on the bitter side. The lemon balm, licorice root, and meadowsweet help with that a bit though I do still enjoy a bit of honey after the tea has cooled.

Try this formula out for yourself! I recommend drinking it daily for 4+ weeks for the best result.

This blog is intended to provide information on this herb/remedy that I use regularly in my life. This blog is for educational purposes only, mainly for people who work with me or my remedies and are looking for information on how and why I use them and information on the ingredients. There is much more research and information on each herb and I always encourage everyone to ask lots of questions and dive into research for themselves as well as consulting with a professional. Visit our "resources" tab at the top for a list of SOME of our favorite books/teachers/videos.

Thank you!
