As the seasons are changing and the cold, dreary weather begins to take hold, we may find ourselves feeling sad, lonely, depressed, or just not ourselves.
I believe this to be completely natural, however I also think that we deserve support in anyway that we can receive it, be that from friends & family, our furry companions, or the REAL medcine that Mother Nature provides for us.
These 2 herbs, Albizia & Holy Basil or two of my favorites to lift the mood.
Albizia bark comes from the mimosa tree, the tree of happiness. She works to invigorate our blood, bring our spirit back to our heart, and help remove stuck, stagnant, and heavy emotions so that we may process & transmute them.
Holy Basil is like a hug to our nervous system, if you ask me.
For this remedy the intention is to help us to allow ourselves to be with our emotions, honor them and thank them, and then transmute them into something that feels much better, like love & gratitude.
I suggest taking 1 full dropper of this remedy every 2-3 hours to relieve sadness. Be sure to pay attention to your thoughts and work to change any patterns that cause shame, doubt, anxiety, etc.
Reach out if you need support. We are not meant to do this life alone.
You are loved.
