I like working with Damiana to relax muscles and increase circulation throughout our body because increasing blood flow also means sending more nutrients to the nerves and tissues in the body, which may be why Damiana has a strengthening, tonifying effect on the nervous system. 


Damiana is a key herb in our Liquid Zen formula because it is helpful in relieving stress, supporting us in relaxing, and bringing us more into the present moment.
