Arjuna

The bark of the Arjuna tree is used medicinally to assist us on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

Loaded with antioxidants, Arjuna helps our body to eliminate toxins and nourish the tissues of our organs. This herb has something to offer every system in our body but has an affinity for the heart, lungs, and digestive system.

Arjuna bark works to strengthen our heart - purging it of toxins (including heavy emotions) and strengthening the muscles of our cardiovascular system while instilling within us the energy of courage, resiliency, and love. Heart health goes beyond the physical organ and also relies on mental & emotional well-being - which arjuna offers as much support. Helping to support blood pressure, arjuna works as a modulator, raising what needs to be raised and lowering what needs to be lowered.

Arjuna works together with the lungs and the digestive system to help rid the body of excess - be that toxins, mucus, etc. This helps to create a calm, clear environment for the lungs 0 enhancing each breath and promoting relaxation. Our breath is our direct connection to source - and when it is inhibited in any way, imbalance and dis-ease begin to accumulate.

Ridding the body of excess waste benefits every organ of the body - including the liver, lungs, and skin! Using this herb consistently over time is key to achieving these results.
